Dreaming of far-away places;
Fairytales we are doomed to forget,
Dancing around roaring campfires,
Talking to lost souls that we’ve never met;
***
Swishing, swirling and spinning;
Spirals of glittering heat,
The happiness we get from sleeping
And prancing up and down on our feet—
***
The twilight river runs by,
Calling us by our given names,
We sing a sweet little melody,
Relishing in our beauty and fame,
***
Blankets of snow-covered mountains
That we smile down on from above,
We hold hands and dance in small circles;
Our hearts burning white in true love—
***
Then when the sun begins to rise
And the gods begin to wake,
We will rejoice in the brightness
Then dive back into the full moon lake!
